Nepal in DMV is a community directory of Nepali-owned businesses in the Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia area. This policy explains what information this site collects and how it is used.

Information you send us

When you use the contact form, you send your name, email address, and message, plus a phone number and business name if you choose to include them. Messages are delivered through Formspree, the form service that powers the contact page, and are used only to reply to you and to act on your suggestion, correction, or inquiry. Your email address is never published on this site.

Business listings

Listings contain public business information: business names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, and descriptions compiled from public sources and community suggestions. Listings do not contain private personal information about individuals.

Technical information and cookies

This site itself does not require accounts and does not track individual visitors. Pages are served through Cloudflare, which may collect standard technical logs to operate and protect the site. Business pages embed Google Maps and the homepage map uses Leaflet with OpenStreetMap data; those services may set cookies or collect usage information under their own policies. If advertising is shown on this site in the future, advertising partners may use cookies to serve and measure ads.

How information is shared

We do not sell personal information. Contact messages go to the site operator through Formspree. Information may be disclosed if required by law.

Your choices

To correct or remove a listing, or to ask about a message you sent, use the contact page.

Children

This site is a general business directory and is not directed at children.
